Thuy Mai, Chairman and CEO
Thuy is responsible for overall company management, direction, and strategy. Prior to DiCentral, he was co-founder of Maingate Corporation. With over 25 years of industry experience, he has worked for United Space Alliance, Unisys, and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Thuy earned a B.S. in mathematics and computer science, and an M.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Thuy is also a talented table tennis player, and is known to break up long work days with matches in the company recreation room.
Peter Edlund, Senior Vice President of Global Product Marketing
Peter is responsible for leading the company's product marketing initiatives. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing management experience with a focus on supply chain solutions. He has held executive management positions with several technology firms. Peter is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and attended Central Texas College and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he studied aviation business management. Married to Rachelle for over 20 years, they are longtime dog enthusiasts, dedicating much of their free time to their two English setters-Winston and Shelby.
John Nguyen, Chief Strategy Officer
John is responsible for the company's business strategy. Prior to DiCentral, he was an equity research analyst at Lazard Ltd. With over 25 years of technology industry experience, he has worked for AT&T, Siemens, Alcatel, and Nortel. John earned an M.S. in computer science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. from Aurora University in Chicago. John is an avid golf enthusiast, and-weather allowing-spends his weekends honing his swing on the fairways.
Hung Pham, Chief Operating Officer
Hung is responsible for the company’s engineering and technical resources. With over 25 years of industry experience, he has worked for United Space Alliance and General Dynamics. Hung attended Saigon Medical School in Vietnam and earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Houston. He is also an amateur runner who enjoys spending weekends on Houston’s many running trails, and is an avid snow skier.
Jacques Vigneault, Chief Sales Officer
Jacques is responsible for leading DiCentral's sales force. He joined the DiCentral team after serving ALLiGACOM as vice president of sales and marketing, having joined the ALLiGACOM team in 2005. Jacques earned a B.Sc. in business from Cornell University, where he also captained the Division 1 varsity basketball team. Along with following Cornell Big Red basketball, Jacques enjoys spending free time with his wife and two sons, discovering new food, literature, and music.
Michael Neadeau, Vice President of Sales
Mike is responsible for leading the company's data integration sales efforts. His experience spans over 15 years of software application solution sales in the supply chain industry. Prior to DiCentral, he was a sales executive at St. Paul Software. Mike earned a B.A. in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. On weekends, Mike enjoys spending time on the court playing basketball, as well as chauffeuring his children to Scouting activities and soccer games.
Huan Le, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Before DiCentral, Huan was director of risk and corporate counsel at Healix Infusion Therapy, Inc. Previous to Healix, Huan was an associate in the corporate section of Zeleskey Cornelius Hallmark Roper & Hicks. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. in international relations and biology from the University of Southern California. Huan is a dedicated foodie, sampling fare from the best spots in Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene. Additionally, he serves as a board member for a number of local nonprofits.
Steve Scala, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development
Steve Scala is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at DiCentral. In this role, he is responsible for identifying strategic priorities, building partnerships, executing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as integrating new businesses and partnerships into the DiCentral organizational structure. Steve gained his nearly 30 years of professional experience at IBM, General Electric, and GXS in such areas as Software, SaaS, and Electronic Commerce. He has held previous roles in M&A, strategy, engineering, sales, marketing and general management. Steve received a B.S. in management information systems from Southern New Hampshire University and a M.S. in management science from the University of South Florida.
Chuck Adams, Executive Vice President of Delivery and Professional Services
Chuck Adams is the executive vice president of delivery and professional services at DiCentral. In this role, he is responsible for on-time and efficient delivery of customer solutions onto the DiCentral services. Chuck gained his more than 30 years of professional experience at General Electric, GXS, and OpenText, concentrating in the last 20 years on EDI solutions. Chuck also has extensive international leadership experience, having led organizations in Europe and the Philippines. He has held previous roles in engineering, network implementation, EDI software delivery, Six Sigma, cloud-based EDI implementation, PSO, and PMO. Chuck received a B.S. in mathematical sciences and physics from The University of Richmond.
David Swanlaw, Director of IT & Customer Success
Dave Swanlaw is responsible for ensuring success when customers leverage the DiCentral platform. Swanlaw brings to DiCentral an impressive set of management credentials with more than 30 years of experience in support of B2B supply chain solutions, as well as extensive experience in corporate strategy, organization, and operations. Prior to accepting the DiCentral position, he served as Senior Vice President Global Operations for GXS and Vice President Operations and Customer Management for Inovis. Daveís hobbies include exercising, camping, and spending time with his family.
Jeff Fiesinger, CFO
Jeff Fiesinger is responsible for ensuring the financials of the organization continue to drive growth, capitalizing on the thriving worldwide demand for B2B supply chain solutions to support greater efficiency, financial governance and risk management across the spectrum of financial operations. Jeff is a seasoned executive with extensive experience overseeing finance for high-growth companies. He most recently served as Vice President of Finance at SolArc, Inc. during its successful growth and acquisition by OpenLink. Prior to SolArc, he worked with EquaTerra, Inc., managing various capital and M&A transactions while doubling worldwide revenues.
George Hall, Executive Vice President of Human Resources
George Hall is responsible for developing DiCentralís strategic HR blueprint for talent management, organization capability, HR systems management and strengthening employee engagement. George holds more than 25 years of experience in HR and technology. During his time at Marriott International and GXS/OpenText, he designed a global human resources strategic roadmap to encompass employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, executive and management compensation, employee benefits, wellness programs, and performance development initiatives.

Mr. Nguyen earned an M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Aurora University in Chicago, Illinois.
Robert Sakowitz has served 20 years in senior management, including as President of Sakowitz, Inc., from 1975 to 1985. In this role he was responsible for leading sales growth to $140 million and quadrupling company profits. He has since helped such companies as Ikea, Saks Fifth Avenue, Mills Corporation, TheCustomShop.com, Kuppenheimer, and Highland Village Shopping Centers. Through his consulting company, Hazak Corporation, Mr. Sakowitz has provided consulting services to companies in a number of industries, including software and retail. He has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of both domestic and international companies; among them Continental Airlines, Morse Shoe Company, Societe Viticole Europeenne (Luxembourg), Tungtex Apparel Manufacturing (Hong Kong), Galleria Bank, The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas, The Greater Houston Partnership, and the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau. Mr. Sakowitz received his degree in History and Economics at Harvard University.
J. Benton "Ben" Mayberry is currently a principal in Winston Sage Partners, a business management and consulting company. Mr. Mayberry has also been a principal in several successful technology startups, including the growth and sale of two systems integration companies: BSG Corp and Align Solutions. He has also managed the M & A process for several other companies, and advised many technology startups through various stages of development.
Mr. Mayberry currently serves on the board of Wellpoint Systems, a publicly traded Canadian energy software company, and has served on the board of Sweet Leaf Tea for the past two years. He has held various board and advisory board positions for privately held entities, and is a past President of the Houston Angel Network, Jones Business School Alumni Association, and Jones School Partners. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Jones School Business. Mr. Mayberry received his B.A. from Rice University in Mathematical Sciences in 1973, and his Masters in Accountancy from the Jones Graduate School of Rice University in 1976.
Nishita Cummings is a partner for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisorsí growth equity activities. She is responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring of portfolio companies, and deal execution.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2007, Ms. Cummings worked at Boston Avenue Capital, a value oriented activist hedge fund focused on micro-cap and small-cap public companies, where she made focused on investments in retail/apparel, medical technology, and software companies. Additionally, Ms. Cummings has held positions at LEK Consulting and the Wharton Small Business Development Center.
Ms. Cummings attended the University of Pennsylvania where she pursued a B.S in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the School of Engineering.
